Are they open for dine in now?

As of 8/13 they weren't open. Smt mtt is right though, the Japanese website notice shows 8/10 as the reopen date

Will this place be open on December 31st 2018 and the 1st Jan 2019? As we are going there for some family shopping in Chicago!. Anyone knows? Thanks
